Spotless, child-friendly hotel. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff, stunning location really close to the Grand Palladium Vallarta, Slope of property, ie mobility challenges, food, service, entertainment, unexpected events during the stay, and most restaurants. Besides, excellent for visiting Alberca de Agua Salada.

Spotless hotel, huge rooms, beautiful and wonderful location to enjoy an evening walk on the beach. Beautiful building and rooms with king bed. Inclusive and large breakfast for good Mexican dishes.

The room was a nice size and well-kept with a king bed and pull out sofa.

We expected there would be elevator, but didn't find it.

I was there for 8 nights and ate at a la carte restaurant for the view and menu.

Well-maintained property with knowledgeable employees who always greeted us by name and insured we had excellant service. Comfy room with jacuzzi, 2 double beds plus the fridge.

They provided good service. A mini-fridge-bar, tea and coffee making facilities, and a sitting area in the room and the good bed.

Good-sized and well stocked room with an outdoor jacuzzi, amazing location in all bars from beach to main bar...

The staff was helpful and understanding, Perla was exceptional. The views of the sunset were amazing. The spa experience was pleasant and highly recommended. The entire staff had a perfect attitude and provided great service. The room was clean and well-stocked.

Location

The hotel is full of stairs everywhere to reach all restaurants there are stairs and no ramps, it is very uncomfortable to circulate with strollers for children and elderly or disabled people.

The physical place, the bay where it is located, and its comfort inside the rooms.

The stay here was very nice during our visit. The room was always kept clean and available with the fridge and big bath towels, as example.

The breakfast was large with such great food and mimosa, as for instance, worth the price. The location was exceptionally nice, to Puerto Vallarta area with easy access to a local market and local markets. There was an a la carte restaurant nearby.

Elevator was missed, we were a little disappointed.

Nice position in Tower 4 in the Family Selection area. And really close to unexpected events during the stay as well as the Mexican, Steak House, and Portofino Restaurant.

No elevator.

The value we got for our money was great, with a nice room and beautiful views. The staff at the resort treated us exceptionally well and were very attentive to our needs.

The breakfast menu could have been improved with more options and variety.

I really liked the attention of the staff in the restaurants, bars, pool, etc. Follow-up by the reception management on any inconvenience that arose.

The check in process; although the check in is at 15:00 hs, I think it was a bit messy the same process.
